The development expansion, named Khao Yai Dreamland, consists of 18 plots adjacent to Khao Yai Land View phase 3. This section shares the same views as the earlier phases although at a slightly higher elevation the views toward the west and sunset are even better.

As part of the expansion, the developer has invested in road improvements from the main public road that passes Kirimaya Resort. The road was previously a poorly maintained gravel road leading to the entrance to Khao Yai Land View which is all asphalt roads. The developer is having the entire road paved with asphalt.

Pricing for Khao Yai Dreamland is 9,000 baht per square wah, or 3.6 million baht per rai. Owners in Khao Yai Land View are pleased as the improved road and higher pricing of the expansion boost their property values.

Many of the new owners are already building and one home is already completed. Phase 3 was opened with mostly larger plots of greater than 2 rai and now all but one have been sold. All three phases have great views but phase 3 may have the best views of all due to being a little farther uphill.

The last plot in phase 3, a beautiful piece of land, has seen a lot of interest but nobody has put a down payment on it yet so it is still first come first served. Once it is gone the Khao Yai Land View project will be completed – there are currently no plans to expand the development with additional phases.
