The website called Property Report has a report out titled “Market Focus: Khao Yai – Thai mountain retreat”. The two paragraph introduction talks about how attractive the weather is in the area. The rest of the report requires a paid subscription and since Thailand is but a small part of the publication it’s not going to be worth it for us to subscribe just to read that article. However, we are very curious about their assessment. The article is from January of this year so it is perhaps one of the few property studies about the Khao Yai area that is current.
